VisaCalc ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Calculator Data

All calculations on VisaCalc are performed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No calculation inputs or results are transmitted to our servers. We do not collect, store, or have access to any information you enter into our calculators.

Your browser's localStorage is used to store your last 3 calculation results for your convenience. This data remains on your device only and is never transmitted externally. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use VisaCalc (page views, traffic sources, device types). Google Analytics uses cookies. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not collect personally identifiable information through Analytics. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Adsterra Advertising

We display advertisements served by Adsterra. Adsterra and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your interests and prior browsing activity. You can learn more about Adsterra's data practices at adsterra.com/privacy-policy. You may opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Your Online Choices platform (EU).

5. Cookies

VisaCalc itself does not set cookies beyond what is required by Google Analytics and Adsterra advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights including: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. Since we do not collect personal data through our calculators, the primary data held about you would be in Google's systems (Analytics) and Adsterra's systems (advertising). Contact those providers to exercise rights over that data.

To delete localStorage data stored by VisaCalc, clear your browser's site data for this website.

7. Third-Party Links

Our site links to official government websites and other external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.

We may update this policy occasionally. The effective date above will reflect any changes.
